Pepperoni Ramen Pizza

If you love pizza and Ramen noodles, then youll love this interesting combination. Instead of the ordinary pizza crust made from dough, you use the noodles as your crust instead.




Ingredients: 4 packages ramen noodles, 1 spice packet, Olive oil, 4 to 8 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cream, 1 cup ricotta, Pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, Butter, 2 cups shredded Fontina cheese, Pepperoni slices.

Directions: Preheat oven to 425F. In a large pot, boil water, and add ramen noodles for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large pot, heat olive oil and add garlic and red pepper flakes and heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat, and add ramen noodles, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and oregano. Toss, and transfer noodles into a buttered 10.25-inch springform pan.

Spread noodles out evenly to create the crust of the pizza. Whisk eggs with cream and spice packet, and pour evenly over the noodles. Place the pan in the oven, and bake for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, season the ricotta with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.




Remove pan from oven, and spread ricotta evenly over the noodles. Sprinkle the Fontina cheese on top of the ricotta, and return the pan to the oven. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and just begins to brown. Remove from oven and arrange pepperoni slices. Remove the sides of the springform pan. Cut pizza into wedges and serve.

Kimchi Ramen Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This Kimchi Ramen Grilled Cheese Sandwich looks mouthwatering. It takes the boring grilled cheese sandwich and spices it up a little bit.

Ingredients: 1/2 package of ramen, any flavor, 1/2 of the ramen seasoning packet, a handful of kimchi, chopped and squeezed of excess kimchi juice, 1 tablespoons oil for cooking, 2 tablespoon butter, softened, 2 thick slices of bread, handful of mozzarella or jack cheese and handful American or Cheddar cheese.

Directions: Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Drop the ramen noodles in and cook until the ramen noodles are soft, about 8 minutes.

Drain the ramen noodles, then put the noodles back into the pot or into a bowl. Pour the contents of half the seasoning packet over the noodles. Toss the noodles to combine. Set aside to prepare sandwich.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Spread the outside of both slices of bread with softened butter. Place both slices of bread buttered-side down in the oil in the pan. Pile one slice with mozzarella/jack cheese; pile the other slice of bread with American/Cheddar cheese. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese has melted.

Remove the grilled bread with cheese to a plate or cutting board. Pile as much ramen noodles on one slice of the bread as youd like. Add chopped kimchi on top. Close the sandwich with the other slice of grilled bread and cheese. Press together firmly.

Ingredients: 1 package Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles, 1 cube Knorr Chipotle flavored bouillion, 2 tsp cheddar powder you can get it from instant mac & cheese or popcorn seasoning, 2 tsp butter.

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add water, microwave for 3 minutes.

Combine curry powder, cayenne, and salt in a separate small bowl; sprinkle over ramen mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes, stirring 2 times in between. Stir in wasabi peas and let cool completely before serving.
