Women Can Now Implant A Permanent Vibrator Down There

No, that headline is not a misprint. It’s true.

In what could be the first step in making men obsolete, doctors in Germany have designed a vibrating vaginal implant called The Orgasmia. Those who choose to have the procedure will reportedly be able to control the pleasure machine via Bluetooth technology.

According to Fun Factory, the manufacturer of the device, it “can be used on its own for hands-free orgasms, to enhance the experience of sex with a partner, or to address a variety of sexual complaints, including unsatisfying intercourse, extended separation from a partner, or even lack of time for sex. Even better than the long-awaited ‘female Viagra,’ Orgasmia gives women control over their arousal and pleasure.”

The outpatient procedure will set you back $6500 and it is currently being offered by one plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. Just call around and ask — I’m sure you’ll be able to find the right office.

To quash any concerns you might have, the company explains that the implant uses body heat to recharge and they offer a full 20-year warranty on the motor.

The procedure does not appear to carry much risk. Although, if the device accidentally goes off, you might just have to convince your guests that you swallowed your cell phone.
