WATCH: Bernie Sanders Interviews The Interviewer On CNNs Sunday SOTU (VIDEO)

Bernie Sanders has been lighting up the political shows with candid interviews since he announced his candidacy earlier this month. He is getting asked pointed questions and delivering pointed answersto the actual questions asked. He is hiding from no one and nothing. He has already raised over $4million, from over 100,000 people, a virtual small donation juggernautdetermined to take on the Koch Brothers and overturn Citizens United.

Sanders has also said repeatedly that he is running for the American people, on the issues, not against other candidates. Its interesting to watch him give the interviewers a run for their money and turn the conversation to actions and solutions.

Sunday morning Sanders appeared on CNN with Brianna Keilar to discuss his plan to be elected to the Oval Office. They discuss everything from Income Inequality, our crumbling infrastructure, creating jobs, raising the minimum wage to a living wage, TPP, Hillary Clinton, George Stephanopoulos and his relationship with the Clintons, Elizabeth Warren, and dirty campaigning as opposed to focusing on the issues and offering solutions.

From the start, Bernie has acknowledged that he is an underdog in this race, but will not be a spoiler in the general election should Hillary Clinton win the primary election. When Keilar asks if Sanders is prepared to go after Hillary Clinton with an edge he skillfully responds with:

Well, Brianna, let me turn it around to you, OK?

Ive never run a negative political ad in my life. People in Vermont know that I run in many, many campaigns. I dont believe in ugly 30-second ads. I believe in serious debates on serious issues. Ive known Hillary Clinton for 25 years. Maybe I shouldnt say this. I like Hillary Clinton. I respect Hillary Clinton. Will the media, among others, allow us to have a civil debate on civil issues? Or is the only way to get media attention by ripping apart someone else? I certainly hope thats not the case.

Later, again, Keilar tries to get Sanders to go negative saying that she doesnt feel that Sanders has the sharp elbows to engage in the contact sport of presidential politics. Again, Sanders turns it around:

The American people want to hear serious discussions on why theyre working longer hours for lower wages. They want to know about why year after year we have these disastrous trade agreements, why the rich get richer and everybody else gets poorer. Are you in the media prepared to allow us to engage in that serious debate? Or do I have to get media attention by simply making reckless attacks on Hillary Clinton or anybody else? I dont believe in that. I believe in serious debates on serious issues.
